E-NOVATION LLC provides medical tourism coordination services. We act as an intermediary between patients and certified dental clinics in Istanbul, Turkey. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice or treatment directly.

Our initial assessment is provided at no cost and with no obligation. Submitting a form on our website does not constitute a booking or a financial commitment of any kind.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your treatment dates. The remaining balance is due before your procedure begins. Full payment terms will be communicated during your personal assessment.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Currency & Exchange Rate:
(a) All treatment quotes issued by WheeSmile are denominated in Euros (EUR).
(b) Where requested, an indicative equivalent in the patient's local currency may be provided based on the exchange rate prevailing at the time of quotation.
(c) Exchange rates are variable. The local currency equivalent provided is for reference only and does not constitute a binding price in that currency.
(d) The Euro (EUR) amount stated in the patient's quote constitutes the binding price. Any difference arising from currency fluctuation between the date of quotation and the date of payment is the sole responsibility of the patient.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the timing and circumstances. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
WheeSmile is not liable for costs incurred due to flight cancellations, delays, or other travel disruptions outside our control.
WheeSmile is a coordination and concierge service. All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are the sole responsibility of our certified clinical partner in Istanbul. We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes.
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions to your treating clinic. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-NOVATION LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the services provided by our clinical partners.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the coordination services provided by WheeSmile.
All content on this website — including text, design, and branding — is the property of E-NOVATION LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to E-NOVATION LLC as a registered entity. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
